
Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma had a hilarious response to paparazzi who referred to her as ‘Mrs Kohli’ at a recent event. In a video shared by a celebrity photographer, Anushka is seen walking the red carpet in a stunning black dress when photographers started shouting for her to look at the camera and addressing her as ‘Mrs Kohli’.
Anushka laughed off the nickname and told the photographers to relax, saying: “Wait! Mere kaan… I have not recovered from the shouting from yesterday.” When they expressed how much they missed clicking her at events, Anushka replied: “Mere kaan bajj rahe hai.”
The actress, who is married to Indian cricketer Virat Kohli, recently announced the merger of their respective foundations to launch a non-profit initiative aimed at helping those in need. Anushka’s next project is the Netflix film ‘Chakda Xpress’, which is based on the life of Indian female cricketer Jhulan, who overcame various obstacles to fulfil her dream of playing cricket and went on to captain the Indian women’s national cricket team. Jhulan holds the world record for the highest number of wickets taken by a woman in an international career and was honored with an Indian postage stamp in 2018.
